Foshang Construction Company is a leader in quality construction and infrastructure in Afghanistan. FCC was founded in 1993 by the Engineer Nesar Ahmad Salimi, PE.

In 1993-1995 the demand increased for construction services in Afghanistan. FCC partnered with UNDP for local construction services in Herat Province.
